Shipping information

Our goal is to provide you with the best shipping options, no matter where you live. Every day, we serve numerous customers around the world, ensuring we always provide you with the highest level of responsiveness.

The time frame for order delivery is divided into two parts:

All orders will be processed within 48 hours of receiving the order confirmation email (excluding weekends and holidays). You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. ​

  1. Processing time: order verification, quality inspection and packaging.
  2. All orders are sent to the fulfillment center for shipping within 48 hours of order placement.

Your order may be shipped from your local warehouse or an international warehouse, depending on inventory. Additionally, your order may be shipped in several packages. In order to ensure that you receive your order in a timely and safe manner, we will choose the most suitable shipping method for you.

 

Shipping time: This is the time it takes for an item to be shipped from our fulfillment center to its destination.

When customers purchase more than 10 products in a single order or the amount of a single order is greater than 150 US dollars, they will enjoy free shipping services. The shipping method uses standard shipping to provide customers with free shipping.

 

Import duties and taxes:

You may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are levied upon the goods arriving in the destination country. Any such additional costs must be borne by you. You should note that customs policies and practices vary widely from country to country and customs reviews may be conducted randomly and/or without warning, so we cannot guarantee advance notice of such charges payable. We recommend that you contact your local customs office for accurate and up-to-date information.

For all shipments to an address outside of your place of residence (this also applies to customers holding dual nationality), you will be considered the importer of the goods and therefore must comply with all laws and regulations of the country in which the goods are being delivered.

 

When your order ships, you will receive an email notification from us with a tracking number where you can check its status. Please allow 48 hours for tracking information to be available. ​

If you have not received your order within 3 working days after receiving the shipping confirmation email, please contact us at service@salfsee.com and provide your name and order number, and we will process it for you.

 

Notice:

Most items will arrive within the estimated delivery time. If you don’t receive your item on time, please be assured that delays occasionally occur due to peak seasons/global events/port congestion and traffic/freight issues/weather conditions etc…

We politely recommend that you wait up to 5 business days before contacting us. If you still haven’t received your item by then, please let us know!
