Return and Warranty Policy

If you are not satisfied with your purchase or receive a defective item, we will happily accept any return or exchange. This policy is only valid for items purchased from the www.salfsee.com website

  1. To be eligible for a refund or exchange, the premise is that the item has not been customized, the product must be in brand new condition, with labels and packaging intact; the product must be clean and free of dog hair, and all clothing must be inspected.
  2. Returns and exchanges of merchandise must be made within 90 days from the date of first delivery.
  3. If you purchased SALFSE items from Amazon, Aliexpress, Chewy or one of our authorized dealers/distributors, please contact them directly for after-sales assistance according to their return policy.

What does our warranty cover? What doesn’t it cover?

  1. Pet vests, including but not limited to harnesses/vests/backpacks and collars, cannot be returned/exchanged; as they may come in contact with fur, and cannot be repackaged for sale in brand new condition deemed acceptable by all customers.

          (Please note that after-sales service requires a traceable order number)

  1. The warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship on the original owner’s product. If a product becomes unusable due to a manufacturing or material-related defect during the warranty period, SALFSE will, at its sole discretion, repair or replace the product free of charge. If the returned item/style is no longer available for exchange, a product of equal value may be ordered.
  2. This warranty does not cover damage caused by normal wear and tear, accidents, improper use, or wear and tear of color and materials over time.
  3. All clothing must be returned in unworn and unwashed condition to be eligible for warranty returns and exchanges.

To the extent permitted by law, SALFSE is not liable for any incidental, reliance or consequential damages or breach of the implied warranty of this product (including any damage to persons or property).

Warranty freight

The customer is responsible for all costs from your location to our returns and exchanges warehouse, including shipping, taxes and any other charges. If you receive a defective item, SALFSE will pay for the cost of reshipping it to the customer.

(Please note that customers are responsible for the cost of initial order shipment and out-of-warranty replacement shipment.)

Return/Refund Process

Please check “Contact Us” and we will contact you within 2 working days. Please note that orders that have already been sent cannot be withdrawn and you must wait until your package arrives before making this request.

Refund: We will refund the original transaction method within 2 working days after receiving the return (including the freight paid, if any).

Exchanges: New packages are expected to be shipped within 2 working days after the shipping invoice is provided.
